Bugatti finally hire new deisgners! Bout fucking time!

It's been 10 years since the Bugatti Veryon hit the streets.. It was ugly as all fuck! Like.. A car worth a million plus it was terrible looking. It now has a meaner, leaner, more sinister frown and more angular lines.

The super elite Chiron is the world’s first production supercar to cram 1,500 horsepower and 1,180 pound-feet of torque, into a vehicle. The Chiron is built of more light weight super hardened Carbon Fiber to reduce weight. This will assist the damn car to achieve 0-60 mph in less than 2.5 seconds and has a "restricted" top speed of 261 mph.  Chiron’s quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter W16 engine is aiming at all speed record.

Only 500 Chirons will be built, each costing $2.61 million USD. The beast shall be on the road by fall 2016.

Fish-Net x Pollution Sneakers.

After a few accussations of Adidas being a huge polluter and not taking steps to reduct their carbon footprint the brand made something totally awesome.

​Adidas teamed up with Parley For The Oceans and created a experimental sneaker made of 100% ocean trash and illegal fishing net.

It's a great idea. I'm sure the process of collecting mountains of trash floating in the ocean is expensive. But so it buying petroleum to make nylon and other synthetic materials. If every brand was able to collect a bit of trash to make a line of shoes and clothes the ocean and landfills would shrink a tad in theory.

I would definitely be on board to purchase the sneaker. I'm sure there's many applications for the massive island of plastic waste floating in the Pacific. My first thought is shoes and clothing for those who don't have it. Why not save the earth and do something philanthropic.

The explore page of Instagram has GEMS!  Often I click it to see what artist abroad are doing. What's styles seem to be overly used, under used, or being used in different ways. Then I stumbled upon PichiAvo . They're a Spanish art duo who are able to merge centuries of style in to an epic art compilation with each mural/piece of art. It's literally classic Italian Renaissance mixed with Contemporary, over and under graffiti. It's insane work, most of which is on a huge scale. I not sure often graffiti artist and muralist are able to keep such accurate proportions when transferring the art from sketch to wall but whatever.

Minimal, Green & Assembled with a screwdriver..... Just not in the US.

PopUp House  is an architecture and design innovative with the goal of making cheaper, yet high quality buildings with less carbon footprint in mind. Saw their video floating around Facebook and decided to do some research.

First discovery I made was.... They aren't from the US. Typical, seems many European countries are leaps and bounds ahead of the US when it comes to taking wasteful construction and energy practices seriously. 

My second discovery was..  This particular home takes four to eight weeks to build in factory and a few days to fully assemble. The frames, insulated blocks, and panels are prefabricated in a controlled environment. This allows materials to go un-wasted. 

My final finding was; the builders were actually only using power drills not screwdrivers to assemble the structure. Screwdrivers seemed cool but I was a bit skeptical. I live in Texas. Will a house held together by hand tightened screws stand up to a spring storm? 

The "Passive" house is customizable allwoing the owner to increase space or add a floor.

After poking around on the PopUp House site , more details about cost emerged. The PopUp "Passive" House cost between $1200 & $1900 per meter. That's roughly $130k for a modest 93 square meter (1000 square foot aka all I need for me and the dog). This is just the home cost.  There's of course a design and assembly fee. You are also responsible for your land, landscaping, and utility setup which varies by location, personal preference, and technology used to make your project more energy efficient. By eyeball estimation I would guess I'm this would run an American about $200k but could have some green energy tax exemptions. 

Still a cool idea.

He was more than a glittery glove and dance moves. He warned us bruh. He truly tried to deliver messages through music. The media frenzy surrounding persona kinda over shadowed the music's intent. He was talking to us.

Brand New Scrambler with Customization or Used Stock Monster?

Every time I think I make my mind up about which Ducati bike I want to purchase, someone shows off their customization of their motorcycle, or Ducati releases something totally insane. When the Scrambler was released last year.. Wasn't feeling it. They people added creativity to something I felt was eh and now I want one.

And then there's the Monster. It's just bad ass. Sounds beastly. Looks cool, has all the top of the line features. Etc etc. Still my top pick in the Ducati family. It just cost more than the Scrambler and I'm poor. 

Only difference is... The Scrambler needs some dopeness added.. The Monster stands as is..badass. Would you rather make something uniquely you, or have the perfect bad ass ? Sighhhhhhhhhhh.. 

Guess the decision could be much harder if you threw in the new Xdiavel Cruiser.

Whatever Ducati. Disstewmuch. 

Learning to ink..

TheGf: as Black Panther

​One of my goals for 2016 was to create a comic book. I honestly didn't grow up a comic book guy. I always had a football or basketball in hand. My comic book interest wasn't sparked until I started going to all of the Marvel movies and found myself lost in the back stories and origins of some of these characters. This required me to go back and read a few comic books. I fell in love with the art work instantly. I started by copying a few covers but felt I was missing something. Asked a friend who is basically a Marvel expert and he told me I was missing the inking process. So I purchased fancy pens. Attempting to learn the art of inking has taught me:

3. Re-learn light sources​
4. Re-learn perspective​
5. Don't sketch so heavy​
